One of the hardest decisions for me to wait to go for Gen 2 DX11 cards... is that they also do have that "ATI Eyefinity" I have the Sony SDM-P234 and want to get two smaller monitors to place around it to make my Tri-monitor complete. Its definitely on my todo list but maybe not quite in my budget bracket as of yet. >=)

P.S. Awesome Raptor!

Bob that card is actually meant for cad, like what it did in the first video you posted. But whatever works right? You got any benchmarks on that? Ive always wondered what a $4000 card would do in games.

I haven't . . . .

I think the most I ever paid for a video card was $200

:(

I never paid for the one I have I got it for nothing! :D:D

A few months ago they had me testing 2 of them in SLI format I was running CRYSIS in maxed out mode on 3 screens at 1,899 FPS  it took quite abit to get used to the noise but it was worth it.
I just plugged in my headphones and I was fine after that. :D
Hey Ghotimeal it's about to get a re-release over here in the UK.
It's new price is £899.99
So in Nvidia's new mode you can have 4 of these cards linked up, it will sound more like a turbine than a PC lol!!!!
I never got the chance to benchmark test them.
But I will download a benchmark program and see what silliness comes back on the scores.

After I had tested them both my bosses said I could keep 1 as I was a hero being able to take the noise of 2. :D
Stuff having 4 SLIed I would be just as happy to have 2 in SLI.
There is a new card coming out from Nvidia that will put this card to shame.
I never got the chance to test them but I Know the person who did, all I got from his was strange and manic laughter down the phone from him.
Not seen him since he tested that card, I think he's in a NUT house now LOL!!!!!

Yea well personally i think anyone who pays over $500 for a dam video card belongs in a nut house anyways.

And if we were just givin cards like that then a few of us would prolly have one or 2, but unfortunatly most of us are'nt as fortunate as you are.

Sorry Raptor I did not explain myself to good, I am a hardware tester.
The company I work for (Part-Time) Has me testing mostly for AMD but sometimes I get Nvidia items too. At the odd time every now and then I get a game or two to play with but mostly if it's games it is just one section of a game.
I have the first part to Diablo 3 played it to death and then some, the first patch they sent me was like swiss cheese, Full of holes (bugs n gliches) but since the first patch back in 2008 it is now the finished level and all I can say is.
I can't wait for the full game.

Done a 3d Benchmark with my current ATI Radeon 4870 Compared to a ATI Radeon 5870

Everything in green is my system, everything in red is some other guy with the 5870, the only thing is i don't know if he is using crossfire or not.

Its the processor speed! Thats a mighty fine bench Rapt. If he had 2 cards it would have specified. Im gonna run again with 1 and the both cards and see what I get.

Well dam, I figured you would have been higher then me, I wanna see what kinda bench that NVIDIA Quadro FX 5800 comes up with

Would be nice to see some benchmarks from other users as well

If you wanna benchmark your pc then download 3D Mark 06 (http://www.gamershell.com/download_55762.shtml) once you have installed it then you need to patch (http://www.gamershell.com/download_55764.shtml) it.

Then just click the Run 3Dmark and let it do its thing, once done click view online results.
