Has there ever been any interest in the AIX mod? It sure is a great change of pace from the same old maps of BF2 and even the Custom Map server.

If you mean on TN... I think there was at one time but not so much anymore.

I personally play it when I can find a server.

I haven't tried ver. 2 yet, but I like the old one a lot. The only problem I would have with AIX is that it's been modded so much that it's not really the same game as BF2. That's not necessarily a bad thing, and it's definitely fun as hell to play, but I just wouldn't run a game that's ranked along with the regular BF2 games. It's just so much easier to rack up points in AIX - and so much easier to rack up teamkills too !

Yea, I agree that the old one was good. I'm about to download the AIX 2.0. I remember seeing a lot of goodies in this new release, so I look forward to playing it. And I know what ya mean Steve about the points racking up, and I also remember (unfortunately) how easy it was to get many TK's on AIX, lol!!! :eek: Maybe sometime we can all jump on an AIX server and get on ventrilo too!:cool:
