I have recently been banned for shooting multiple people in the chest with my pistol. I assumed that because they were not dying, it was okay. I now realize that it was not any better than simply blowing them up. To those I shot, I'm sorry.

Teeeman2 unfortunately you where not just banned for shooting people in the chest with your pistol. And even if that was the only thing you were banned for you did know it was wrong because I know you have told me about people who have done the same to you and you wanted me to keep a close eye on them so I could kick or ban them. However the issue is bigger than one incident. You were banned because it has been repeatedly reported by numerous admin that you have been inappropriate in your game play. from being a commander typing nasty notes to players that wouldn't do what you asked of them, not sending resources for the same reasons, as well as other inappropriate game play and attitude that is not going to be accepted here. Here you have had the pleasure to play with adults and as such you are expected to act more responsible. If you can't handle this than maybe you shouldn't be allowed to play here until you can because this is a very serious issue. You have been very disrespectful to other players and we aren't going to take that from new players, old players, young players, regular players, or anyone else. in fact in this case you have been given more grace than most would have been given. so the question is can you handle the responsibility that we would expect with a lift of your ban? don't just answer because if steve decides to lift your ban he doesn't give another chance after that if you are banned again. So you need to really think about you attitude, actions, and respect because you will be watched if you do get another chance.

I recall hearing about a lot more incidents involving you T2 than just shooting some people with your pistol. I'm just not inclined to remove your ban because I'm fairly confident you just don't get it. I don't think you know or understand why you were banned in the first place, and I doubt you have the capacity to do anything about it if you did.

This is very much what Jen has said, only in a different voice. You were not banned for a single incident or behavior. It was the result of your over all performance - and i think you should take a long look at that.

You are good player, but most everyone is. The thing with Team Nitro is that its about the team. Not about you, not about me. Is about being alert and aware of your teammates, and doing what you can to help or assist or at the very least, let them do there thing with out interference.

I'll give an example that may (or not) help. There have been numerous times you have spawned into a game midway through (this is mostly aix) and just jumped into an aircraft and flew off. This is mostly with helis, but its like you dont take the moment to view the screens before you spawn and realize you just flew off with "someones aircraft".

Granted there are no saved seats or lines... is a matter of ethics. If I know so-and-so has be flying the Su, I dont grab it just because its there and he/she hasn't spawned in yet. My point being the awareness of you teammates, what they are doing, and what they aren't - and filling in the gaps.

I'll leave with this as a parting comment - have you ever asked to gun in a heli? or only to fly? (ponder that one, cause if you dont gun from time to time, you deprive you team mates of the chance to be better pilots - and it might seem a bit of sideways thinking, but its true).

It seems your memory is short Tee, today you were extremely dis-respectful to others again, constantly chatting & being quite egotistical & arrogant.
It is getting to the stage where I will avoid servers when you are already on them, don't get me wrong, I think you're a good kid, but you need some discipline badly.
I have already raised 4 teen-agers & am not interested in dealing with your behaviour constantly whilst I am playing.
Frankly, I think you need a strong male role-model to kick your arse occasionally & to introduce you to manhood.
I did this with my own sons by taking them 'out bush', in the company of other men, teaching them survival techniques & working their butts off.
I hope you decide to modify your behaviour as you contribute very well when you want to & it would be a shame to lose you.

hey tee, have fun and LET have fun. youve to learn a little more pacience with the others..
not everybody plays same plan/strategy. but its ok, not always best but some great days and others regular but always funny, how live should be.
dont take the game too serious, let the probs to the admins, tell em what you think about the others(if you think its necessary) and let em do their job, cause they are doin it very very good; and spend all your concentration on your soldier, givin all the best doin your part, bein an example.
